  Frankly speaking, in the first sight of the question, my answer is actually weight reducing.
  Two years ago, with 178cm height, I'd got a weight more than 90 kilograms. At that time, my stature looked somewhat overstaffed, which had a serious influence on my appearance. At the same time, overweight made my body burden more. That affected me a lot. I cannot keep myself energetic all the time, it was very easy for me to get tired. So I made up my mind to lose weight during the vocation time.
  Everyone who has had an experiece of losing weight must know that it is really a terrible process. In the period of more than one month, I took staple food only in lunch. No supper, an egg plus a cup of milk in the morning. But the most important is that purely dieting is far from enough, the key point of losing weight is exercise, large amount of exercises. So I got up early to go out for running everyday, 3 kilometers on average. Then went to swim in the evening, 2500 meters everyday. Tiredness of my body and the lack of energy left no strength for me to do extra work.
  Persisting like this for more than a month, I reduced about 15 kilograms. When I met my classmates and old friends again, everybody's astonished face told me that I succeeded.
  This is really an experience I am so proud of.

  There is no denying the fact that when I heard "investment bank" from my teacher for the first time, I was deeply attracted by the high salary there. On hering the fact that a graduate can get somewhat so high payment, I think every undergraduate related to the financial major has to be moved. With the further study of my courses, I acquainted myself with deeper knowledge of investment bank. I am a person who like to challenge myself. The programes in investment bank which are continuous, creative and varying from day to day just like magnets to me. In addition, preciseness and carefulness in my character give me confidence in doing the basic work in investment banks, which are tedious, monotonous and high strength required in some people's eyes. So above all, in my opinion, spend my youth time on the career I am interested in is really worthful.

  Besides, I'm quite interested in the field of accounting and auditting.

  In the first place, I have excellent academic background. I will get double bachelors in both mathematics and economics after graduation. There is no lack of courses in my four-year study which are usually seen in graduate step in top 10 universities in the US. Courses like advanced macroeconomics, advanced microeconomics, financial economics, international finance, dynamic programming, option,future and other financial derivatives keep me ahead of the students who are the same age of me. Lots of theoretical and practical training in mathematics sets a solid foundation for me in the basic tools of investment bank. All the textbooks are in English and all the courses are instructed in English. As a result, I've got excellent skills in the language aspect, especially in speaking and writing.
  Secondly, character of preciseness and carefulness guarantees me to do the job with skill and ease.
  Thirdly, the tendency of pursuing perfection and the everlasting passion give me confidence that I'm able to take on any work in your investment bank.
  I believe that passion, devotion and creation is the source of my working.

  For the answer of the second question, I think I will spend a couple of years to get the CFA certificate after my graduation. That will help me do the basic homework on the way of becoming a eligible staff in investment bank. In the process of internship, I should use my knowledge and devote myself into the basic work of your company. Do my best to complete every task I will have received.  If I'm honored enough that I am received to be a member of your company, I'm planning to be promoted to be a programe manager in three to five years through my own effort. And then keep on being promoted in eight to ten years so that I can serve for the company more in a higher posion.
